      • At the time of the inspection the mixed chlorine sanitizer solution was measured to be 0-25 ppm chlorine after using the inspector's test papers.The concentrate chemical used to make the sanitizer solution was also found to have a substantially lower concentration than expected.Ensure that bulk bleach containers of mixed bleach sanitizer solutions are checked after mixing and that concentrate solutions that have decreased in strength after opening are discarded and replaced.Ensure that new bleach is purchased and made available at the facility and that the facility have chlorine test strips available to confirm the concentration of mixed sanitizer solutions.
