      • At the time of the inspection, two cartons of uninspected farm eggs were being held at the facility for customers of the farmer.The facility indicated that the eggs were purchased by customers of the farmer and that the products were not being sold by the facility.The condition that all the foods in the permitted facility must be inspected or from approved sources was discussed and education was provided.The uninspected eggs will not be retained onsite moving forward and information for approved locations to sell the uninspected farm eggs was provided to the facility to be passed on to the farmer.
