    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • i) No surface sanitizer was available. Please ensure that a ready to be used surface sanitizer is available and at the required concentration. ii) cleaning cloths were placed on the sink. It is important to put the cleaning cloths inside the solution to prevent bacterial growth. Actioni) Buckets of chlorine solution (100 ppm) were made instantly. ii)The cleaning cloths were immediately removed and placed in the laundry bag. A new set of cleaning cloths were immersed in the sanitizer solution.

      • i) An article (a sheet of cartoon) unrelated to food was found on the food prep counter. Please ensure that food is protected from contamination at all times. ActionOperator was asked to remove the material.
