      • The food handler was observed removing gloves and putting on a new pair of gloves without handwashing. - The food handler was instructed to wash hands before putting on a new pair of gloves.

      • Flour bulk container was stored underneath the paper towel dispenser, posing risk of contamination from drips or splashes.- Flour container was relocated to an appropriate storage area during inspection.

      • The back 3-compartment sink faucet had a constant leak.- Change or repair the faucet.
