- Observation(s): • At time of inspection, operator stated there are no sanitizer test strips available to monitor sanitizer concentrations. Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises. • At time of inspection, cooler under shake machine was observed with thermometers that were non-functional. Ensure thermometers are functioning and able to monitor temperatures.
