- Avondale dining area table surfaces have gaps which has an accumulation of dirt and food debris. Did not observe any maggots.Operator stated that the tables will be cleaned, and plastic tablecloths will be used to prevent dirt build up. These tables are also going to get replaced in the future. Ensure all the dirt and debris build up in the gaps are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
