      • A gap was observed at the bottom of the back door and side of the dock door. - Ensure to repair the gap.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Damage was observed on the back walls near the back door. - Ensure to repair the walls, so that the walls are smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Dust and debris build up was observed in the ice maker. - Clean the ice maker.

      • The sanitizing solution concentration measured to be above 200ppm.- The operator was educated and 100ppm sanitizing solution was prepared during inspection.How to mix an approved sanitizing solution document was sent via email.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The flooring in the meat processing area was worn off.- Repair the floor so that it easy to clean, smooth and impervious to moisture.The operator planned to re do the flooring in December 2024.
