- 1. Containers of frozen bhaji were thawing at room temperature. Staff directed to move them back to the reefer and to not thaw at room temperature.2. Multiple buckets of cut onions were stored at room temperature in the tent. Staff directed to take them back to the reefer and to only take out a couple of buckets as needed instead of storing large quantities at room temperature.

- Pakoras kept uncovered on front service table were exposed to people lined up near this area.Requirement:Keep food covered to prevent from public contamination.

- Internal temperature of boxes of pakoras kept at room temperature were 17C and 18C and between 11-13 C.Requirement:Ensure that perishable foods are stored at 4C or less OR at 60 C and higher.Pakoras at 17C and 18 C were discarded.Remaining were moved back to the reefer.

- There was no water supply at three comp sink as hose was disconnected from the sinks and was in use to fill up water in the pot to make tea.Water supply was connected but hot water was still not available as it was taking time to heat it up.Requirement:Ensure that water supply is connected to the sinks asap.
