- Some meat had fallen out of a box and was found on the floor of the walk-in freezer.The inspector reminded the operator that food must be protected from contamination and stored off the floor at all times. The operator was instructed to discard the fallen meat and ensure that all food items are securely stored to prevent future occurrences.

- Garbage bags were used to store frozen meat.Please store food in food grade bags to prevent contamination.

- The handwashing sink was obstructed with a muti-tier rack and table. The table and muti-tier rack was moved to a different location. The operator was informed to ensure the handwashing sink is accessible at all times.

- The hot water faucet at the handwashing sink was leaking, prompting the operator to shut off the water supply to the sink.The inspector informed the operator that access to both hot and cold running water at the handwashing sink is required at all times, and that the business cannot operate without a functional handwashing sink. The operator contacted a plumber, who confirmed they would be onsite the same day to complete the necessary repairs. In the meantime, the inspector instructed the operator to leave the tap running to ensure access to water until the repairs are completed.

- Walk-in freezer condenser line and hot water tank drainage lines were resting on top of floor near floor drain. Install funnel for pipes so water drains properly and will not pool onto floor.

- 1) Missing baseboard next to door in staff bathroom. Please install.2) Floor around what appears to have been a drain/cleanout is not capped. Please install a cap so area is easily cleanable.3) Stainless steel wall panel on cooking side was not secured. Please ensure panels are installed properly and area finished for easy cleaning/maintenance.

- Facility not constructed to plan. Mop sink installed next to 3 comp equipment wash sinks and across drain table without closet/barrier between. Install a closet or wall of adequate height above drain rack. All surfaces must be smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable. Relocate drain table at least 5 feet away from mop sink.**Aug 19, 2024: barrier flimsy and was loose/wobbly. Properly install and secure to wall/floor.
