- Chlorine based sanitizer was tested at 1000 ppm. Fresh solution measuring 100 ppm was made onsite.

- Rice was left soaking in water at room temperature. The operator confirmed that rice has only been soaking for 30 minutes. The inspector informed the operator that soaking of rice must only be done under temperature control in a cooler at 4C or below. The rice was placed back in the cooler at the time of inspection.
