- Current: The emergency phone is not in good working order. There appears to be a faulty/loose connection. PHI had to physically adjust the phone base in order to achieve a connection. Previous: The emergency phone is not in good working order. When tested, no dial tone was present, and the front desk could not be reached. Only after adjusting the telephone was a dial tone established. This indicates an inconsistent connection.
