- Current: The emergency phone is not in good working order. There appears to be a faulty/loose connection. PHI had to physically adjust the phone base in order to achieve a connection. Previous: The emergency phone is not in good working order. When tested, there is no dial tone, and the front desk clerk was not able to be reached. Please ensure the phone is repaired to ensure reliable access to the front desk in the event of an emergency.

- The submitted bacteriological water sample submitted on February 24, 2026, had Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated by the Provincial Laboratory.Ensure that the pool water is treated as deemed necessary by the pool operator and that a re-sample is submitted for the pool ASAP.

- The submitted bacteriological water sample submitted on February 24, 2026, had a Heterotrophic Plate Count level of 450 CFU/mL confirmed by the Provincial Laboratory.The operator confirmed that the chemical parameters were satisfactory leading up to and following the sample collection. Ensure that the pool water is treated as deemed necessary by the pool operator and that a re-sample is submitted for the pool ASAP.
