      • ** - in order to use the sinks, the staff member reached under the sinks to turn the dirty valve for water to be accessible. Staff explained that the plumbing was leaking. Please repair the plumbing to ensure hot and cold running water is available at the faucet and no water leaks are experienced.

      • Vegetable Prep table cooler was 13C (internal temperature of olives). Temperature logs reviewed as satisfactory. Action required: Monitor temperature diligently throughout various times of the day. Review the importance of accurate temperature logs with staff and required action if unsatisfactory temperatures are observed. Service cooler to ensure it is maintaining temperature at or below 4C.

      • Staff washroom was not stocked with paper towel. CDI: restocked at the time of inspection. Several rolls of paper towel available in back storage area.
