      • Quats sanitizer was measured at 50 PPM. Operator advised to make a fresh batch every morning for use during the breakfast hours since the sanitizer concentrations tends to decrease with time and cannot be kept for more than 3 hours.A fresh batch was prepared during the inspection that was measured at 200 PPM.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No Quats sanitizer test strips.Obtain the Quats sanitizer test strips to verify sanitizer concentration.
