      • Garlic butter was out at room temperature stored in a steel jar with melted ice cubes. To avoid the risk of botulism, store garlic butter at or below 4C or above 60C.Operator put back the garlic butter in the cooler.

      • Extreme build-up of grease and dust noted on canopy grates. Increase to a biweekly cleaning schedule, or as needed and ensure the ventilation hood is cleaned.
