No pest activity was observed at the time.The hallway door to the basement requires weatherstripping as there was a gap below the door.The public washroom piping (P-Trap) under the hand sink had an opening around it. Please close off the gap to prevent entry of pests

- Hand sink installation and location was discussed with owners at the time. Requirement of a hand sink was now required. Owner asked if the hand sink could be installed in the hallway close to the entrance diagonally across from the back kitchen. It was stated that it could be installed in that area as it was close enough to the coffee bar area. The owner indicated that it would be completed within a month.For the time being, no food handling/preparation in the coffee bar area.
