Please close off the gap to prevent entry of pestsAugust 13: 2026. - The public washing hand sink pipping under the sink still had an opening around it.- The hallway door to the basement was not observed during inspection. Ensure any door leading to the basement is provided with weatherstripping.

      • Hand sink installation and location was discussed with owners at the time. Requirement of a hand sink was now required. Owner asked if the hand sink could be installed in the hallway close to the entrance diagonally across from the back kitchen. It was stated that it could be installed in that area as it was close enough to the coffee bar area. The owner indicated that it would be completed within a month.For the time being, no food handling/preparation in the coffee bar area.
