    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pump filters for fish tank pumps #3 and #4, do not appear to be running correctly. There is very little to no water being pumped through the filters, as seen through the pump lid. The fish tank water may not be able to be cleaned adequately or frequently enough, as the turn-over rate is not being met if water is not being able to go through the pump filters.
      • Corrective Action(s): Determine if there is a blockage in the the pipes or pump filters, and/or determine if the coral filtering rocks require to be replaced. If the coral filtering rocks have accumulation of debris, which is not allowing water to flow through it quick enough, replace the coral filtering rocks.
