- 1. Indicator test strips are required for the high-level disinfectant (HLD). Obtain (2) bottles of AHP7 indicator test strips for the PreEmpt CS20 HLD on-site.2. High-level disinfectant logs are not being maintained.3. There are currently 2 HLD trays. HLD logs need to be maintained for each tray. Suggested using 1 larger tray. Ensure the large metal foot files can be fully immersed.4. The disinfectant tray for the large metal foot files is too small. The large metal foot file needs to be fully soaked in the HLD.5. The pipeless pedicure foot basins have removable magnetic fans that are not being fully disassembled after each pedicure service for proper cleaning/disinfection.6. The metal rotary drill bits are being stored in alcohol at the manicure stations. Re-iterated the requirement to ensure these tools are being disinfected in high-level disinfectant.

- Cosmetic products in various areas are not labelled with it's contents. Label all decanted products with it's contents. The original/bulk supply must be labelled with product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and/or list of ingredients.

The original packaging is required.Cosmetic products used in a personal service must be clearly labeled with information about the product identity and manufacturer. A complete list of ingredients and manufacturer’s instructions for safe use must accompany all cosmetic products and be available for reference by personal services workers at all times.
