      • The flour scoop was observed stored inside the flour bin, posing a risk of cross‑contamination. The manager immediately corrected the violation by removing the scoop for cleaning and placing it in a separate, clean container adjacent to the bin.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A noticeable gap was observed at the bottom of the kitchen supplies receiving door. This structural deficiency can allow the entry of vermin, including rodents and cockroaches, creating a potential contamination risk within the food preparation and storage areas. The door should be properly sealed to prevent pest ingress and maintain sanitary conditions

      • X A container of dessert was found uncovered in the walk-in cooler. This was covered up during the inspection.

      • X The sanitizer dispenser is not dispensing Quat sanitizer at the correct concentration. Ensure staff confirm the Quat sanitizer dispensed is at ~200ppm Quat before use.X There is food buildup on the industrial mixer

      • Observed partially used roll of paper towel on the counter next to the hand sink in the small servery. Ensure that paper towel is stored directly in covered paper towel dispenser. Paper towel roll removed during inspeciton.
