      • Some personal items were stored on top of shelves and on the chest freezer. - Please ensure personal items are stored separately from food preparation areas.

      • Baseboard has come off the wall by the 2-compartment sink. - Please repair the baseboard, ensure all walls are smooth and cleanable with no gaps where food and debris can catch.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall, the facility is clean and in good repair. There was some debris under the 2-compartment sink and by the mop sink. Some dust buildup noted on the ceiling. - Please clean these areas.

      • Paper towel at the bar hand sink was not in a dispenser.- Please acquire a dispenser that allows you to grab a piece of paper towel without contaminating the bulk supply.

      • Some food items (onion, cans) were stored on the ground. Items were moved. - Please ensure that all food items are stored at least 15cm above the ground.

      • No chlorine test strips for the dishwasher, or iodine test strips for the glasswasher were available onsite.- Please acquire appropriate testing equipment for all chemicals used.
