- Observation(s): Facility was using a multipurpose cleaner for food contact surfaces, but did not have a sanitizer on site. Multipurpose cleaners do not adequately kill bacteria left on food contact surfaces.

- Observation(s): Stand up freezer had multiple packages of meat (pork, beef, etc) in Ziploc bags, as well as ground hamburger meat in butcher paper in which the source could not be identified. Operators stated that this meat was for personal use only and they hadn't had time to bring it home yet.
