      • (3) Bleach sanitizer spray bottles measured >200ppm. Test strip bleached out.
      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Store all foods OFF the floor to protect from contamination and to facilitate cleaning.

      • (2) Cover all foods in the walk in freezer.

      • (3) Prepare new bleach solution for 200ppm. Mix 5ml bleach to 1L water. Verify concentration with test strips.
