      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand wash stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

      • Observation: Hot water tap at main hand wash station not in good working order. No hot water provided at time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator to have hot water tap serviced. Correct by October 31, 2023. In the interim, adjacent utility sink to be used for hand washing purposes.
