- This is an outstanding violation from the inspection conducted on 23-05 2025.The chlorine sanitizing solution used was laundry bleach.Ensure a clear, unscented bleach with a DIN number is used for sanitizing purposes.A spray bottle containing the sanitizing solution (chlorine) must be available, or:-Wiping cloths used for cleaning food spills on food contact surfaces:-Should not be used for other purposes (e.g., wiping raw animal foods).-Should be routinely cleaned and, when not in use, kept in a separate container of sanitizing solution maintained at a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine.
