      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Back door was open at the time of inspection. There was an object set up to block potential rodent entry, but flies or anything else flying could still get in, as there is no screen present. Staff closed the door at the time of inspection. Install a screen door that covers the entire door if you want to leave the main door open.
