      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator diluted the bleach sanitizer to 100ppm. 2. Remove newspaper and used a food-grade material to line the dry storage bins. 3. Move onions to the dry storage areas to prevent chemical contamination. Date to be corrected by: Immediately.
