      • Corrective Action(s): Continue to use the sticky fly traps provided by pest control. Ensure that the dispenser head and other hard to clean areas of the smoothie machine is thoroughly cleaned.

      • Corrective Action(s): Put the cover back on the bin. Remove spilled grease on the ground and the outside of the container. Keep this area which is close to the back door clean to avoid attracting rats and mice.

      • Corrective Action(s): Staff instructed to manually warewash until the low temperature dishwasher is serviced. Wash, rinse, sanitize in 200ppm quats for 2 minutes then air dry.

      • - Staff aware of damaged gasket seal and has placed an order for a replacement. Service the wall mounted freezer and ensure it is capable of maintaining -18 degrees C or less. Correct immediately.
      • - Service the low temperature dishwasher ane ensure it dispensing at least 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Ensure all dishes/utensils/equipment are sanitized after use. Verify chlorine concentration during final rinse cycle with available test strips.
