- Chlorine Sanitizer solution registered a residual over 200 ppm. Discussed that chlorine sanitizer solution should be 100ppm. A new solution was prepared at the time of the inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Flooring and baseboards in various areas of the kitchen are no longer smooth and easy to clean. Conversation was had with operators regarding required construction upgrades. PHI asked for minor fixes at this time, replacing damaged baseboards, and filling holes in some flooring. PHI also stated that larger upgrades will need to be completed in the coming year.
