      • Expired Ensure Protein Shakes were available for purchase on the shelf. Please ensure all items with expiry dates (such as meal replacements and baby formula) are checked regularly.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink in the restaurant area was obstructed with a box during the inspection. This was moved. Please ensure the hand sink is easily accessible to facilitate hand washing.

      • Kitchen Area:High Temp dishwasher measured at 68C initially.After a two more cycles 71C was achieved at plate level.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Meat Area:Hand sink was stocked with soap and paper towel, but access was obstructed by items. Operator cleared the space for clear access to the sink.

      • The overhead door in the back (that leads to a back storage area that is not completely sealed off to the outside environment) does not close as it is stuck in the open position.- This is a potential point of entry for pests.- The manager mentioned there is a work order in place to have this overhead door replaced and should be completed within 1 week.- Please ensure this overhead door is repaired and able to be closed.

      • Hand sink in butcher area is non-operational. Please use one of the 3 compartments for handwashing and switch to dishwashing using the 2-compartment method (Wash/Rinse in 1 compartment/ Sanitize in 2). Please have this hand sink repaired.
