      • BAKERY SECTIONThe bottom section of the wall (common wall between walk-in cooler and walk-in-freezer) inside the walk-in cooler (the wall area at the floor intersection) is damp, and mould‑like spotting is visible.Clean all affected areas with an appropriate bleach‑water solution.Update:As of March 30. 2026, some areas are cleaned, however some areas require sealant re-application, the section under racks and the section in the ice-room are not cleaned and has some visible accumulations.

      • BAKERY SECTIONThe handwashing station for bakery section staffs working in Prep area is at a distance. The liquid handwash soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser (other is far from the sink) is unfunctional.Ensure handwash station (the wash/ rinse compartment of the 2-compartment dishwash sinks is used only not the sanitizer compartment) is supplied with functional liquid handwash soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers and is easily accessible for staff at all times.

      • The bread slicer has built up between the blades.Ensure a small brush is being used to clean between the blades. After removing the debris use soapy water to clean and then follow it up with sanitizer and perform a clean in place method.
