High-level disinfectant, preempt CS20, was being reused for more than one day without its concentration being monitored with appropriate test strips and test result documented.-Please procure appropriate test strips to monitor the high-level disinfectant's concentration daily and to document the test result.2. Facility's surfaces including pedicure basins were cleaned/disinfected with bleach with no Health Canada's Drug Identification number.-Please procure and use disinfectant with DIN such as preempt RTU or Lysol to disinfect such surfaces.
