      • Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures at the time of inspeciton.

      • Cardboards were being used on shelves. During the inspection, instructions were given to remove the cardboards, as it is not a cleanable surface

      • The concentration of the chlorine in the sanitizer spray bottle was too strong. - Corrected during inspection. - Ensure to mix 1/2 teaspoon of household unscented bleach per liter of water. Chlorine sanitizers solutions must be used at 100 ppm.
