- -There was a purse with a long strap in the Senior Toddler Room; this is a strangulation hazard. Please remove or remove the strap.
- 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
- -There was only one sink in the Baby Room and the sink is used for diapering. At the time of inspection food was stored on the counter all around the sink and toys were stored on the diaper table. The change table and sink area is considered a contaminated space. Ensure that the space is kept clear at all times or relocate diapering to another location.-The area under the diapering mat in the Baby Room was unclean and was being used to store items. Please ensure the diapering mat and the space underneath is kept clean and cleaned/disinfected after each use.

- -Bedding was stored on cots, rather than folded in the middle of each cot. Please ensure that bedding is stored separate for each child; folded in the middle of each cot, in a labelled bag, in cubbies etc.
