      • -The director Tiffany has taken an approved food safety course but she was away and there was no one else available on-site. There should be someone who has a course as back-up

      • -The fridge in the Baby Room was measured at 9C and the fridge in the Senior Toddler was measured at 6C. Please ensure the refrigerators in the facility can be maintained at a temperature of 4C or less. *A temperature log is strongly recommendedAugust 25, 2025 - Neither fridge was measured below 4C. The director was asked to keep a temperature log 3 times per day for 5 days. If temperatures cannot be maintained then new fridges or fridge repairs will be needed.

      • -Food that is unfit for human consumption or inedible was found in the food establishment. There was badly freezer burnt chicken in the freezer. It was disposed of at the time of inspection. Please continue to monitor the fridge/freezer and remove any expired and/or damaged food
