    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • -An incompatible activity is occurring in a food handling or storage area. Children were allowed access to the kitchen. Consider blocking off access to the kitchen completely. The kitchen should only be used by staff doing food handling and preparation.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • -The facility has gone beyond the scope of what it has been approved to do. Only simple snacks should be provided with minimal food handling and preparation. Please discontinue serving sandwiches and hot foods. Please provide an updated menu.

      • Staff washing hands at the two compartment sink. Handwashing is to occur at the handsink.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Dishwasher is out of commission and is going to be serviced. Currently using the two compartment sink. To be able to have resuable cups and utensils you are require a dishwasher or 3 compartment sink. As temporary measure use the 2 comp sink method for washing:1st sink: wash1st sink; rinse2nd sink: sanitize (2ml of bleach per litre of water)
