    • F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
      • Observation(s): Although the stand-up display refrigerators and freezers are temperature monitored electronically, for redundancy, install NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) accurate thermometers to verify the built-in thermometer sensors are correct. The newer display freezers have digital thermometer temperature displays and thermometers visible inside the units, but the older coolers do not. This was identified in a monitoring inspection October 9, 2024 and January 7th, 2026, but hasn't yet been resolved.
      • F2.1B A thermometer accurate within 1 °C must be available to monitor processes.
