      • Observation(s): The dial thermometer (with humidity sensor) installed in the pizza warmer appears fairly accurate when checked at this time. *Although not a National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certified thermometer for accuracy, an NSF hot hold dial thermometer must be installed. Also, the pizza condiment cooler requires an NSF thermometer to replace the existing thermometer, similar to the NSF thermometer installed in the pizza dough cooler (EHO showed to the shift manager the NSF designation).

      • Observation(s): Quat sanitizer strength mixed too strong in the spray bottle (>400 ppm). EHO provided direction with Shift Manager to adjust the dilution to 200-300 ppm. Ensure test strips used to monitor correct strengths in the spray bottle(s) and ware washing sanitizing sink. EHO provided a Dishwashing monitoring log for use to monitor sanitizer strengths.

    I've ordered here probably 10+ times and every single time they have made garbage quality pizza. Today they redeemed themselves not sure if its new management or what but I gave them another chance and was actually impressed. The toppings are fresh everything was amazing I will definitely hope they keep this up and ill give them another go in the future I always like to give places a fair chance and leave a good review when I have a good experience. Thank you for a good pizza tonight 5*s because it truly was a good pizza

    Freshslice Pizza is my go-to spot since I work nearby, and they never disappoint. The pizza was amazing — I ordered the Butter Chicken Thin Crust Pizza, and it was perfectly cooked with great flavor and the right amount of toppings. The service was excellent as well. Gurmeet was very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Quick service, great taste, and consistent quality every time. Highly recommend this location!

    Fresh Slice Pizza in downtown Vernon was my 225th eatery within Vernon city limits. The first ten guests to enter on Opening Day received one free pizza per month for a year. Guests eleven through thirty received a freebie. The first ten guests arrived at 8:30am despite it not opening until 11am. I arrived at 10:50am and was guest number 27. I received two free slices and a soft drink. I tried one butter chicken slice, a veggie slice, and a Pepsi. It is surprising we now have two Fresh Slices open in the span of a year given there was one owned by a Brazilian couple ten years ago on 27th that only lasted a couple years, and we effectively didn't have any for seven years. This one isn't as confined as the mall and has more options. However, it's in a "rougher" area of town. Both of my pizza slices tasted great, and I also walked away with a Frisbee too. I have been present for other pizza places on their opening day, and was surprised how on top of things the staff were given there were over thirty customers queued at the door at 11 o' clock. I will definitely choose this Fresh Slice in the future. I have now completed 225 eateries within Vernon.

    Tandoori pizza had bitter aftertaste. The pickup timing online and in person didn't match whatsoever. There were no apologies, no call or text message stating that the order won't be ready on time. Wish they respected the pickup times that they give to their customers 😤😑
