- -The concentration of Hydrogen per oxide in spray bottles was inadequate (measured at 0 ppm).-Discussed with staff method for preparing the fresh solution of H2O2.-Staff made the solution and concentration was measured at between 2000ppm to 3000ppm.-Regularly check the concentration of sanitizing solution to ensure proper sanitation.
