      • ***There was a wooden treehouse play structure present that had some disrepair and exposure of unfinished, uncleanable surfacing. Discussed with staff and refinishing the areas of disrepair so that they were cleanable would be acceptable.

      • ***Oxivir concentration was not being maintained. the concentration was <500ppm. The pump was in disrepair and not dispensing sanitizer. there were two spray bottles that were half empty. Discussed checking at the start of each day and changing when inadequate or weak. New solution was made up. Discussed putting the water in first and then adding the concentrate so it does not foam as much. new solution was 2000 to 3000 ppm.
