      • 1. Room 140:- Side of support beams and shelves were bare. Please seal these shelves and beams. - Hole was noted on the wall on top of the entry door. Please seal this hole. - Plywood board noted on the shelves located next to the entry door. Please seal the plywood board. Room 153:- Two ceiling tiles were damaged. Please replace damaged ceiling tiles.- Floor was noted to be damaged. Please repair the floor. Room 152:- Duct tape noted on the window shelf. Please repair the area. - Bare shelves were noted. Please seal all bare shelves.

      • There was inadequate hot water available for hand washing in the closest washrooms to the out of school care.Discussed with staff who will bring up to the school.
