      • Staff was observed wiping food contact surfaces with a solution of 0ppm chlorine. Fresh solution was prepared and tested at 100ppm.Ensure sanitizer is prepared at 100ppm, change every 2 hours or when visibly dirty.

      • ***there was a single use container being used as a scoop and left in the bulk rice. Discussed that the single use scoops were single use and lot to be stored in with the bulk product. It was discarded during the inspection. Scoops are to have handles and not be left in the product.

      • ***The hand washing sink closest to the cash registers did not have access to soap or paper towels. The dispensers were present but not working.
