      • It was noted that the facility was using reusable dishes and has only two compartment dishwashing sinks. Please either install a third sink or use disposable customer dishes. The operator indicated that they would start using disposable dishes. Please remove all reusable dishes from the facility.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The dishwashing sink plumbing line was noted to be leaking. Please repair the leaking dishwashing plumbing line.

      • Dishes were not being properly washed and sanitized between uses.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Pest control records were not available for review. Discussed records are to be completed monthly and be available for review.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • ***Current FHP restrictions were not being followed. There were inadequate sinks present for manual dishwashing. Single use dishes and utensils were to be used for the OSC. This was reflected in the current FHP posted in the kitchen.
