- Inappropriate pest control measures, including open snap traps and homemade poison, were taken in place throughout the facility.Mice droppings were noted throughout the facility, including the office, staff rooms and back storage rooms. Operator is aware of the issue and actively addressing the issue in house. - Remove the inappropriate pest control measure and retain professional company to monitor and control the mice issues.The bottom gasket of walk-in fridge 1 was in disrepair that is vulnerable to mice issue.- Ensure the gasket is properly repaired.
