- High-level disinfectant test strips were expired as of 2024 and no log sheet for high-level disinfectant was observed. The operator was made aware and they stated that test strips will be obtained by the end of the week and that the log sheet will be filled out. In the meantime, the facility was instructed to discard of the CS20 at the end of the day. Please ensure that high-level disinfectant test strips are purchased and that the provided high-level disinfectant log sheet is printed off and maintained.
