- 1. Cloths were not being stored in sanitizer solutions when not in use.Please ensure that wiping cloths are store in a bucket of sanitizer when not in use, so as to prevent the cloths from drying or to prevent bacteria from growing on damp surfaces.2. Bucket of sanitizer solution in the font of house was measured with a test strip at 0 ppm.Please ensure that the sanitizer solutions in this facility are being changed at regular intervals throughout the day or when they become visibly soiled and dirty.

- Walk-in cooler had a thermometer installed on the shelf and indicated the temperature inside the cooler was 6-8 degrees Celsius, Food items were recorded to be at a temperature of around 5C. Supervisor was notified, and high-risk food items were rearranged to be stored in the colder spots of the cooler. Please ensure that all cooling and freezer units are in working condition and maintained to ensure that high risk food items are held at below 4C.

- Sanitizer solution in a bucket/spray bottle measured less than 200 ppm at the time of inspection. Please ensure to turn on full pressure of both hot/cold water to get the correct sanitizer solution.Please ensure to test solution at least daily (or as frequently as needed) with test strips.
