- The Potatoe slicer/press has a build up of dried food debris. Timely cleaning of equipment is required to prevent the cross contamination/bacteria growth.

- 1) The ceiling above the cooking area has a build up of dust/debris. This area shall be clean to prevent dust/debris from falling into open foods.2)The front prep cooler has a buildup of food debris in corners and grooves. More routine cleaning and sanitizing in this area is required.3) A pop syrup spill is noted in the side room on the floor. Action shall be taken to clean the area. This food material can attract pest which that can lead to cross contamination issues.
