      • The food permit was hung in the back by the walk-in cooler. Action shall be taken to move the food permit to a place where the public can see it.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The walk-in freeze handle, wax pencil on front counter and the mouse for the cash machine all had a buildup of food debris. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitize these areas throughout the day, as they are common touch points that food workers use throughout the day.
