      • Please ensure to thoroughly clean harder to reach areas (under shelves and counters, along walls, etc.) to prevent build up and potential pest attraction. Comments Routine inspection conducted March 18, 2026: LTC ~53 capacity. Facility is clean and organized; no signs of pest activity. Professionally serviced biweekly. Ensure to cover potential pest entrances as needed and recommended by the pest control company. Hand sink is well-equipped and unobstructed. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards, monitoring logs are maintained. Surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs, test strips available. Low-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at 50 ppm chlorine bleach, test strips available. Ice machine is clean; scoop stored outside of ice. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site. *Dishwasher in the basement has been removed. Lower levels used for storage.
