     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUATs sanitizer solution in buckers is at a minimum concentration of 200ppm. Test solution regularly and change solution as needed.
     • Correct by: Immediately. Operator replaced QUATs solution in buckets and now registering at ~200ppm.

     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand washing sink missing paper towel.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that handwashing sinks are adequately supplied with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
     • Correct by: Immediately. Operator placed new paper towel in dispenser during inspection.
