- A few mouse droppings were observed on the floor in the back storage/office room as well as under shelving in the dishwashing/storage room. Please safely clean up the droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Please continue to work with the pest control company to abate any pest issues.

- Food equipment was sitting on top of the back hand washing sink at the time of the inspection. The equipment was removed at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that hand sinks are always free from obstruction such that food handles can easily access the hand washing sink for frequent and proper hand washing.
